In 2004 Windermere Farms will expand into the import of high performance German Warmblood's. This is a long requested issue that comes very natural: Tanya Ehrhardt-Barina grew up in Germany, riding/showing German Warmblood's, starting when she was 7-years-old. Her entire family and lifelong horse friends in Germany always remained in close contact. Several of her childhood friends are riding at FEI level in Germany today, one of them even being a horse veterinarian. Those connections provide ideal opportunity to acquire excellent German Warmblood horses from private owners, on occasion, at very reasonable prices. We intend to pass our knowledge, opportunity and favorable prices on to our clients and make a difference in future, in the competitive dressage arena, with imported German Warmblood Performance horses from Windermere Farms!

Rubin Royal

5 yrs, 17 hands, Westfalian Gelding
Rubin Royal was recently imported. He is a tall, very elegant gelding with a beautiful mind. Despite his big elastic movement he is very patient and calm under saddle, and can also be ridden by more novice riders. He is extremely light in his mouth and a joy to ride.

Rubin Royal scored in the 90's for his walk alone at his first show in Germany. A horse with a big future in the show ring!

Rubin Royal has mainly been ridden dressage in Germany but he has also been acquainted a little bit with light jumping. He might also be suitable as a beautiful elegant hunter.

Evendo

Evendo is an exceptional find! This six-year-old gelding has simply phenomenal training combined with a priceless disposition. He is born and fully registered in Hollstein Germany, (Cor de la Bryere lines!), yet genetically he is 50% P.R.E. (Andalusian) He is 100% correctly, classically dressage trained by a talented, youngGerman trainer and FN instructor. Windermere Farms will in future present more excellently trained horses out of her barn!

Evendo goes 4th+ level dressage (incl. canter half pirouettes etc.). He jumps 1st level courses any time, and he has also done 1st level eventing, as well as participated in fox hunts with hounds. Evendo is also fully trick trained as shown in the photos.

He bows, lays down, rears, goes Spanish walk and climbs on boxes to wave with his hoof. This horse has an absolutely exceptional disposition which has contributed to his high training level. He can be ridden by any level rider and is calm and patient with beginners.

He is without a doubt a very unique find and an ideal equine partner; as a schoolmaster, or simply to have pure fun any time anywhere. This horse truly does it all

Wespuccia

Hanoverian Federal Premium mare, 9 years, 17 hands.
Wespuccia is everything you ever dreamed of in your prefect Hanoverian mare: She is a serial winner at 2/3rd level dressage and has been successfully placed at 4th level in dressage shows in Germany. She also carries the highly prestigious title of a Hanoverian Federal Premium mare and stems from the famous Weltmeyer lines! She is an entirely uncomplicated horse, reliable in any situation, quiet at shows and even suitable for a novice or a child to ride. She is well suited as a perfect schoolmaster.
